Sleep Diary
This unit was very interesting. In was pretty eye opening to learn how crucial sleep is to our health, and how diminishing it can be if we don't get enough. I learned that teenagers need to be getting at least 9 hours of sleep a day to maximize their potential and I typically only get about 7 hours and 15 minutes every night. It was also interesting to learn about the different stages of sleep such as REM. I will definitely try to go to bed early more or try to incorporate naps into my day which can be very helpful.
